Cam fade out and mine doesn’t work

Hi. When I go into chat it says my cam isn’t connected. What do I need to do?

When I check others cams they fade out after a few secs. What’s the problem?

I’m using iPhone 8 and Aloha VPN to access the mobile app. Thanks in advsncdd we for any helpful tips

I have the same problem, I go to view a camera link and it fades out to nothing. I’m thinking that this may just be an issue with IPhones

My android is doing the same.

Since the update allowing us to broadcast from our phones it is now no longer letting me view others from my phone

I get the fade out after connecting to someone, when on mobile data connection, but the app works fine on WiFi.
