*currently full guestlist but can add to reserve list**
So the Manchester lounge social is back again due to popular demand for some spring fun!
The date is Saturday 16th May 2pm-8pm in central Manchester, venue details will be sent to those on the list.
Obviously the venue has a room capacity so if you want to attend, express your interest on the thread or via the LS inbox.
As usual there’ll be an optional raffle to cover costs.
Who’s in?
The lounge social team xx |

We still don’t know if this is going to be able to go ahead, we aim to make the decision of to cancel mid April, don’t worry all those on the list will automatically transferred to the new day should we still not be in lockdown.
We shall keep you all informed.

If people actually started the social distancing this would be managed a lot quicker and better!
I’ve been out today delivering care packages to the vulnerable and the amount of people out is unbelievable.
The coastal areas were rammed!
No wonder they’re saying it might be a year until we can go about our normal lives |

The reason we are leaving it until april is so that people can get a better refund policy from there hotels if we do have to cancel. I'm aware most hotels are looking up to mid April for now.
Stay safe everyone and please stay at home if your able to do so |

"Take me off this list plz "
We are urging people not to no remove themselves yet as if we have to cancel you will be prioritized for the new date. Would you like removing from the social completely? |

FROM PREVIOUS THREAD
"I know there is a lot of concern regarding Covid-19. At the moment we are not changing any plans but will have a better idea mid to late April.
At present we will not be moving anyone off of the reserve list on to the main list until we have a better understanding of where the UK will be in may in regards to isolation etc.
Belle, GG and SB xx"
****UPDATE****
Is everyone happy if we make the decision on 16th April?
That way gives everyone a month to make alternative arrangements if we do need to cancel.
What we don't want to happen is cancel prematurely and it all blow over as quickly as it started.
Also I'm aware that a lot of cancellations on hotels are not covering as far ahead as may yet. So if we cancel now a lot of you will lose out with flights and hotels etc etc.
Hence the decision to leave it as late as possible.
What's everyone's thoughts on this?
Remember we are organising it but we are as in the dark as everyone else and were not sure what to do so we're trying to do what we feel will benefit the majority
Belle, GG, SB xx
WE DO BELIEVE WE WILL MORE THAN LIKELY CANCEL HOWEVER WE ARE TRYING TO BE CAUTIOUS AS MOST HOTELS ARE NOT OFFERING REFUNDS FOR MAY AS YET
Anyone on the list as it stands today if we cancel will be automatically moved to the next date and offered first refusal.
As a key worker I would not be prepared to allow anyone to be put at risk believe me.
Thanks for your understanding
