Is anyone going to the Attic this Saturday? It's our first time. Looking forward to it.

Do the guys dress down to towels early doors?

Just wondering. Amy advice would be much appreciated.

Define Dress Down?

If you mean a Pensioner wearing a Tank Top with Yesterday’s Breakfast down the front and Stinky Trousers then yes, it can be classed as dressed down.

And Yes. We have experienced this in the Attic.

Could be a great Club but too many of the Great Unwashed wander in off the Street to Cop a Feel of the Fems.

It’s a never again from us xx

they wouldn't get in the door like that on the weekend. Trust me a fit guy cant even get in if he isnt dressed right.. despite us ladies objections.

Also the guys at the attic do not cop a feel or they would be out on their arse. Events greedy girls they wait to be invited.

Dress smart casual. No trainers.. ripped jeans.. hoodies etc. Most guys on Saturday had smart Jean's or trousers teamed with shirts or smart tops.. all in shoes.. and everyone looked great.

Only stating what we have seen with our own eyes.

Maybe things have changed. Hope so as it’s a fantastic club x

if people have not been recently then I dont think it's a fair review. And to be fair even on the nights without dress code ( like greedy girls) I've never seen anyone dressed badly. And in all the time I've been going. I've never ever had an issue with the guys. Its one of the few clubs I will happily do group fun on any night in because I know the staff are watching out and the guys on the whole respectful.

Guys are not given warnings if seen to be following around at the attic they are out. And anyone that has been their can vouch for that.

I concur with Cali on this one.

I've been to the Attic and all ive seen is guys respectfully dressed.

The staff don't give a warning you break the rules (ie. following women round copping a feel without permission) then they are thrown straight out.

Staff on the door also turn those away who are not following the dress code. Some party nights it can be relaxed depending on the theme but they still have a dress code in place.

Twisted

To the OP

You don't have to dress down, some guys to wander round in towel or boxers later in the night but not many. It is down to how you feel, if your comfortable to do so

When you go let staff know its first time there and they shall give you a tour and answer any questions you have

You must be people who have broke the rules and asked to leave to be saying all these lies. We travel from Durham every six weeks or so to this incredible club. It's very demeaning saying we are unwashed. You are the exact reason fab is on a slippery slope. Maybe take a look in the mirror and try to be a little nicer towards people and be positive in life. Folk who run clubs put their life and soul into their passion. Whether we like a club or not we do take our hats off to the people who all work hard, owners and staff. Happy swinging everyone

Sorry OP, side tracked or what.. As you can see lots slate the club, we normally find out that it's due to reasons I said, club keep a tight ship and if anyone breaks the rules they are out. People who attend this club are very respectful. We've Benn both Friday and Saturday nights. Mrs F always wears very little and sexy and by the middle of the night she's down to just a thong. Myself, sometimes I dress down to boxers but this is not always as dependent on what vibe I'm feeling, sometimes just keep my shirt on unbuttoned, sometimes done up. It's all left to the individual to decide on their own comfort level. Hope that helps and you have a great time

Not lies at all. We are positive and appreciate the effort the owners put into the clubs. We also stated that the Attic was a great club. Each to their own but the Attic is not up to our standards. Sorry if that offends but hey.

Pleased you enjoy the Club

The one club Mrs F says if it ever came to it she'd visit on her own as she feels the staff make it one of the safest clubs we've been to.

We have been a few times and will say that the staff are very vigilant, on our first visit we'd arranged to meet 2 BBC's , we were stood chatting to them and one of the staff tapped me on the arm and asked if everything was ok . Certainly put us at ease with the club as we knew they were making sure the customers are safe .

Just dress down to play, stay clothed to socialise. Luckily the type of people that criticise their neighbouring town when their own town isn’t perfect don’t generally frequent this club. People who criticise other people’s looks when they’re hardly oil paintings themselves don’t generally frequent this club. People who look down their noses at people generally frequent other clubs thankfully. You’ll find a good mix of people as you’ll find at other clubs. Follow the rules and you can have some great nights at the Attic

Oooo you do have a gripe. Thought you said the club was good just not up to your standard. Very confusing.

There's lockers if you choose to dress down. Like any other club when in play rooms put your cloths down by the side of the bed

Do you know we see how its managed and how the staff and customers have a great rapport with Ron, they respect him very much. Maybe you should just move onto what you like instead of using your negativity towards something or someone you don't like. Ron and Debs are two of the most amazing and generous people you could meet. If we are not keen on a club we don't like we don't then go onto every thread and slate it. You vote with your feet as you two have, enjoy the clubs you enjoy and let others enjoy what they enjoy. We respect peoples opinion but when we see down right lies someone has to speak out. Feel the love everyone

I think its a fantastic place and I've introduced my female friends to the scene due to how clean and safe the club is.

Like others have said dress how you feel comfortable, I never dress down but that is my choosing.

Anyway, I hope you had a great night OP

Personally I prefer "security" there.... keeps everyone safe... and I mean everyone. I would not entertain a club with no sort of security because I would feel severely unsafe.

Staff at the attic do everything to make sure everyone has a good time. Obvs cannot please everyone clearly but hey ho. no need to keep slating them, you just move on etc.

Personally I think people hate security because they cannot do what they like

Thanks for all your comments.

We visited the Attic on Saturday and had a fabulous time. We were in there early doors and were one of the last to leave. We played as people watched and even let a lucky few join our play. Everyone was very respectful and didn't touch without the ok from us first. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Maybe see soon of you there xx
