Im at KC from Thursday lunchtime camping same place as every year between regatta and soap box in the village about 10 tent rows from the front, the mud never gets there and good location for everything. |

To be fair I’d steer clear of Wolf Woods, awful place. Full of kids high on ket & the mess is something else!! We’ve usually pitched up in Great Holmes on the village green which is a nice mix of ages & still lively enough, not too far from the arena. Just straight through the main ticket entrance & at the bottom of the hill so not too far to walk with all your stuff either. Friday can be slim pickings for space depending on what time you can get there. If you are on Facebook there’s a fantastic group called “Kendals Calling You...” loads of advice on there and a huge group meet organised xx |

It’s a super friendly festival, not too full on. We’ve been going years now but we only live a few miles from the site so it’s handy
The Woods are an absolute must see at night they are stunning. Keep in touch through the weekend if you like, could meet for a beer or two then at least you’d know a couple of faces, lol xx |

Absolutely. Ooooh I love the woods. Anywhere wild and outdoors to be honest is my happy place
That’s really kind. Might well take you up on that - same goes for you! What’s data signal like there? Don’t think I can message you Cos of filters, but drop me a line on here and could swap numbers if you want. Or keep it here I’m happy either way xx |

I’ll be there from Friday morning, stopping in Great Plains with the bairn.
Have a spare ticket with Great Plains field upgrade if anyone needs a ticket? Cost £200, sell for £150 |

I’m arriving about 7ish all being well tomorrow. And heading for Great Holmes camping. I’m a newbie so hopefully I’ll find it. Not having a space to camp is biggest anxiety lol
Does anyone know what mobile data reception is likely to be like? Few folks here have said they’re keen to stay in touch / possibly meet.
My kik is Tom120194 if anyone wants to add me If that’s easier? Or message me and I’m more than happy to share my mobile (also on WhatsApp).
Hopefully will get to catchup with some of you. Enjoy the festival! Tom x |

If it had still been raining when we woke up Sunday morning we might have chucked the towel in and went home, only me and my little lad there, thankfully we stopped, courteeners were amazing last night, manics were great and loved reverend and the makers on Friday |

Totally agree. I can see why people went home early. But they missed a treat. Loved a bit of Tom Jones I won’t lie lol!
And yes Reverend and the makers were awesome I was in the mosh pit on my own with a bunch of wild crazy teenagers. Loved every single second! Glad you enjoyed too pal |

I said the same saturday, if its still wet tomorrow we are going home, our tent has a 6000 hydrostatic head and was still damp in places, felt for those in little pop ups ,luckily a few hours of hanging coats over guy ropes got them dry!love reverend and the makers, sir tom and the manics but gerry cinnamon was our highlight |

I loved every minute of it. Nice to be properly clean though. Didn't think the mud was as bad as 2 years ago and certainly not as bad as 2011. I have certainly had a few a lot worse glastonburys. Tent lasted ok just a few drips in communal area. IDLES, blood red shoes, dream wife and courteeners highlights for me. |

Our tent started crying inside on Saturday so after 7 years she partied at her last festival
We cheated a bit as we popped home each day (to feed the cats & shower!) but that’s one of the perks of living a ten minute drive from the site!! I brought a few of our tent neighbors clothes home to throw in the dryer though so didn’t feel like such a cheat!! X |

Oh bless ya that’s very good of you. I should pitch up near you next time lol - some of my bits were well damp lol. Tent did a sterling job though so can’t complain too much. Hope you had fun. |

Generally theses more space to pitch up so you aren’t all cramped in, it has its own carpark right next to the site & a separate entrance to the festival. Also free showers and some food vans. In all it’s just a little bit more civilised, lol x |

I'll be there Thursday to Monday and I'm definitely up for some fun. Going with a bunch of mates so can easily slip away for an encounter or two over the weekend. Happy to meet single ladies or couples .. |
