So I’ve found a party type deal which is only aimed at couples or singles bringing a partner. I’d love to attend but being alone it’s not possible. Anyone whose interested in attending with me feel free to message.
I obviously don’t expect any kind of play together unless it naturally evolves I’d just like to attend with someone like minded. Unsure if this is acceptable to put out there but surely worth a shot. |

This type of event is aimed at couples because they have a certain type of dynamic. A pair of strangers who don’t know each other and have coupled up just so that they can attend will likely upset that dynamic and not go down well with the other guests and hosts. It’s a route I really wouldn’t recommend taking. Instead try looking for events or clubs where singles are invited |

Its fair enough saying what you want to experience but what about the experience and enjoyment of the others at the party? Your presence (as effectively a single guy but in by default) could interfere with the dynamic and enjoyment of others. This is their night, not your. Loads of other club night/parties. And to be fair if you want to experience it you'd get a better experience if you go with someone you at least play occationally, have a connection with and experiance of each other. |
