Tentatively: fem only NW(ish) social?

Looking to see if there's interest in a Manchester or thereabouts (Leeds, Liverpool, Cheshire, Sheffield etc) social. For women only (off the back of a thread about it being difficult to meet women). Please guys, don't be twats about this. F only.
I have no idea what it'd entail or how to do it, but I'm happy to look into a Manchester(ish) venue. |

What kind of venue would work for this? I know some pubs etc have private rooms that are free with food/ drinks ordered. Or is that not private enough?
(not like I'd be putting up "knee deep in clunge" banners lol)
I'd not post a venue publicly for all sorts of reasons, but want ideas of what to look for. |

Totally up for it. Not sure about venue though. I'd say what ever location a pub in the gay area but then I'm open about my sexuality so appreciate that might not be best suited for everyone (although they are generally nicer / more accepting) |

My inclination would be to book it under false pretences like a birthday or something. I dunno if that's allowed? That way we can just... have quietish social time and not let anyone know what we're up to. (I'm certainly not an "out" swinger) |

We did this a while back, however I would advise to only invite those who are discrete, unless you want to be outted in your local area as a swinger. Some women love the attention of telling groups of men that they are out with a group of swinging females. |

And on another one, one woman thought it acceptable to invite a fella, despite being told no men. Just chose venue and invitees wisely. Some are interested on meeting ladies for socials and friendship. Others see it as a way to boost their fab presence by pretending to be bi. |

Definitely interested. There will need to be a decision about the definition of female too.
I’d suggest TG women fine. Not CDs and TVs. And before I get shot down I have nothing against TVs and CDs at all, but it would change the dynamic significantly. I hope my TG/TV friends and others on this thread are cool with this suggestion. |

I 100% agree with this - ultimately CD and TV identify primarily as men so I think that is the key point. |

Yeah, it's tricky, and it did cross my mind but I didn't know how to go there... It's a minefield and I don't want to punch down/ discriminate, but... You know. I want this to be about women interested in women. |

Hi all..
I'd definately be up for a social. Ultimately I think we'd just be a group of women meeting up for drinks so I don't think it would rouse suspicions. Maybe just book a table at a local pub or somewhere. It wouldn't be a play event anyways I'm guessing unless people decided afterwards to meet up.
I definately agree with no male partners.
I'd be coming up from Sheffield so depending if it was central Manchester I may drive up.

There's a club on Hull that hosts women only night but it's not BDSM which isn't for everyone.. if anyome knows what I'm talking about please say.. I can't remember the name.

I get around a bit so yes.. I'd be interested... I'd say somewhere that you can get both a social area.. good and drinks... would depend on how many came along obviously |

Thanks to everyone to tagged the events. I run a ladies on social in hull called kinky girlies on 2nd Tuesday of the month. Its not advertised here but drop me a message if you want to come. Its unconnected to HU9 and not held there, it’s in a vanilla setting for drinks and dinner for those who want that. We also have occasional social nights outside of that.
Im also one of the ladies behind Eden events and we hold them every quarter in Leeds, less often London now that I moved north. Out next Leeds ladies only play party is Friday 12th July. Message Eden-Events profile on here for more info. All ladies are vetted first and it’s held in a big private dungeon space. We have lots of fun and often sell out  |

Amother event is the next Ladies' night Indulgence at Townhouse (so... Wirral and North West) is Thurs 17th October. Transwomen who identify as female 24/7 are welcome. I bodypainted at the last one which had over 70 gorgeous women there. Hopefully I will be less shy or someone will be less shy with me.
So with the social and the othrr women events, surely some of is will be less shy. |

Always best to be honest with the venue, you will find a few that are ok if its just a social meet x
