Chester and North West Social profile page.
Wow !!! Time has just flown by and it's already time to start getting your names down for the next one.
The date for this event is Saturday 8th June.
Get your names down early.
Please read the profile.
CBC and Spikey have teamed up to bring you yet another relaxed and friendly environment to meet new people.
This is an ideal opportunity to meet and spend time with like minded people who are interested in getting to know each other and seeing where it takes you. It may be friends, friends with benefits or maybe even a partner for a relationship. It may also be that you simply want to get out of the house for the evening but whichever it is why not come along and join us for a few drinks and if you're hungry, a meal too.
This world is YOUR oyster. Make it your own but please be aware that this is a social evening a no play event. any arrangements made with others is your business.
Anyone who messages us please include a clear face picture of you so we can see who you are on the night.
We do have a hotel that we are referring guests but you will need to make arrangements for accomodation fairly quickly as we all know how busy the hotels get.
There is also plenty of parking spaces at this hotel.
Unfortunately, the number of single males we can accept will be limited due to the vast volume on the fab site but the bigger the social grows then the more we can accept for the event.
Couples and single females are not restricted however.
Any single ladies that feel they want to attend then please don't feel shy or intimidated by doing so as you'll be made to feel just as welcome as everyone else. It's imperative that everyone feels relaxed and happy.
All we ask is that people are respectful towards each other and to the venue staff and property. Please also be mindful of other people in the chosen venue as it will be in a public place.
So, let's get together and make this yet another good night out and make it grow into one of the best.

Unfortunately I can't out a gun to people's heads and force someone to come along. What I do know is that those that do come tend to enjoy the evening. Michelle and I have a lot of respect for the single guys who attend the socials. A lot of them appear to get a hard time on the forums because of the supply and demand situation so to turn up and meet other swingers is great. I know it can be “ awkward” to engage with couples at the socials but we really don’t bite. I did think of suggesting discrete name badges for the socials ( as an ice breaker for eg ) but when someone has a profile name like “ monster cock fanny smasher” it may not be a good idea. |

Clubs for example have the same issue: Left unregulated and fair; I imagine 15 men would turn up per 1 woman. I imagine some women would love that, and some would hate it. As for the men, I guess 13 or so men would hate it and 2 probably be ok with it.
Regulated, we have men who probably find that they have to pay a premium for entry, whereas women get in free. We have men vetted by looks, etc. Not only is it demeaning in a way, it's also obviously more expensive. Regarding and chats or action, I guess women would feel as though there could be more choice. I guess men will feel the need to chase value for money.
Whatever you do can't win, so yes, enjoy yourself, and everyone else can do whatever they like! |

True guys. We have thought about name tags but we've decided against it for 2 reasons. Well 3 but I'll mention 2 of them. Firstly part and parcel is discression and secondly, finding out who people are is in itself an ice breaker  |

This is different to clubs as it's not sex based. Whatever happens after the social ends is up to the individuals. There is no charge as it's not about money either. This is simply about people getting together for a night out. So 100 guys and 19 fems is totally irrelevant to those attending for the right reasons. |

This is a social (a damn fine one in our opinions) . The organisers put a lot of effort in to arrange it.
Most of the people complaining about ratios, etc. are the ones that won't turn up or if they do turn up, not make an effort to speak to anyone and then proclaim that it was crap anyway...
You get out of life what you put in. If you make no effort then why would you expect anyone to put an effort in with you?  |

You're so right there. This is something I try my best to explain to people. Takes guts to take those first steps through the door but it take a more to mix with people. Most of the people complaining about ratios, etc. are the ones that won't turn up or if they do turn up, not make an effort to speak to anyone and then proclaim that it was crap anyway...

But you can see in the thread that nobody has complained about ratios! It was only me who simply asked about it - nobody has been complaining. Nobody is expecting undue attention or anything like that. I'm actually very social myself, I'd happily talk to others, it was literally just a question!
I've only come across this social recently, and to start with, I just assumed it would be some guys drinking beer together! I was wrong, and I'm sorry! Ha! |

How many men, women, singles or couples is irrelevant. This is all about meeting new people regardless of who they are. It's about the friendships that can be developed in the swinging world. Plus it's about trust, confidentiality and the integrity of the guests that attwmd hence why we don't reveal attendance details. You're more than welcome to come and find out for yourself bowever.

It's awesome that you guys are putting effort into making socials, it really is. You appear to be the only ones making an effort in here for our area.
The only reason I asked about women though is that, we know the mechanics of swinging. We know who is in supply and who is in demand.
For whatever reason, when I written that comment, I envisioned a night with 10 guys sat around a table, drinking beer. :D
Hopefully not lol. It's great getting out and about and meeting new people in a safe chilled out environment.

That's what it's about. Even 10 guys around a table is 10 that someone wouldn't have known before. People always have the option of bringing someone along. Unfortunately I can't out a gun to people's heads and force someone to come along. What I do know is that those that do come tend to enjoy the evening. It's a case of I can't please everyone all of the time so I've stopped trying to do that. So it's open to everyone regardless of who they are.
Yes, I can see how you feel about it, that's why I think it's admirable. You really can't win whatever you do.
Clubs for example have the same issue: Left unregulated and fair; I imagine 15 men would turn up per 1 woman. I imagine some women would love that, and some would hate it. As for the men, I guess 13 or so men would hate it and 2 probably be ok with it.
Regulated, we have men who probably find that they have to pay a premium for entry, whereas women get in free. We have men vetted by looks, etc. Not only is it demeaning in a way, it's also obviously more expensive. Regarding and chats or action, I guess women would feel as though there could be more choice. I guess men will feel the need to chase value for money.
Whatever you do can't win, so yes, enjoy yourself, and everyone else can do whatever they like!
This is different to clubs as it's not sex based. Whatever happens after the social ends is up to the individuals. There is no charge as it's not about money either. This is simply about people getting together for a night out. So 100 guys and 19 fems is totally irrelevant to those attending for the right reasons."

Unfortunately we only just found out about this so can't attend.
It's great to see there's a social scene in Chester though.

Everyine that's attending tonight's social just the heads up for you. The room might change. When you go through the front door you'll need to go straight on to the far room rather than to the left. It's bigger. I'll confirm this later in when I get there. I should be there around 6 so please keep your eyes peeled. I don't have the time to inform everyone individually at this stage but I'll try and do what I can. |

Hi. I've just now read your message but unfortunately it was a bit too late to be received by us last night as we were well into the evening. I don't tend to be on my phone whilst I have guests that need my attention as that would be extremely rude.
You are however welcome to attend the next one if you so wish. If this is the case then you'll need to message us preferably before I leave home as I have to travel early afternoon for my hotel in Chester. |

My we extend a massive big thank you to all of you who took the time and trouble to join us at the Chester and N.W social evening last night.
It's always a pleasure to see old friends again and always nice to meet new people.
I sincerely hope that you all enjoyed your time with us and hope to see you all again soon.
