Re jig your profile including more photos and write a few lines about you and what you are seeking and offering.
Be aware that as a single straight man on a swingers site you are well down the food chain. Get yourself to socials or clubs and get networking.

Often people look at people's profiles to find out about them , before they start chatting . Ladies and couples often have lots of messages and so would reply to people who have similar interests after checking photographs to see if there is any attraction.
Perhaps your profile or photos are not as interesting as others ?
