I’ll PM you about the website issue you seem to be having. No idea what’s happening 
But to respond to the other question.. It requires so much personal information because unlike other party organisers, we need to know who is inside our events. If there is an accident / incident of any sort, we will know everyone inside instead of just having a list of fab names that means nothing. It’s for guest safety and we will never compromise on that.
If you attend a reputable venue and obtain membership, they need your personal details and photo ID, so that makes us no different.
