Hi
we have been to the Notts social a few times and had a really good night and enjoyed meeting people with no pressure.
would anyone be interested in helping sort one out near Tamworth and any ideas where we could hold it. a private function room would be ideal.

I would love to come to a social event. I have never been to one before and would love to meet like minded people. Please keep us all informed if you manage to get one organised. |

I think majority of problems arise regarding numbers and venue. I think its easier to.get 20 people to turn up than 100 and you can just fi.down pub. After all.its just a group of friends chatting about sex.nothing different to most Saturday nights then lol  |

Maybe organise the venue as one of the pubs out past Wilnecote, towards the M42. This would give fast road access for huge numbers from the West Midlands, as well as very easy for all those out towards Nottingham/Derby and the rest of the East Midlands. Tamworth's a good boundary location really, for these 2 areas, and others further afield could easily travel longer distance via the motorways, M6/M5/M40. |

Why don't we sort a time. Date and turn up at a pub as it's a social does it matter it would just look like a group of work mates on a night out why does it have to be a private room
Let's face it no one is going to pay for a room out of there own pocket without knowing they will not be out of pocket |

Having watched this for weeks why does someone local pick a pub ? How about I start? The pub just of junction 10 M42 don't know the name but after all it's a social so we don't need a private room and it should be easy to find If people are interested lets sort a date for a couple of weeks time say Friday 27 July that's two weeks
Now we just need to find a way to meet up in the pub |

Yes exactly mate I'm sure I can do that all we need is a way to identify our selves. How about a wrist watch on each wrist? It's simple and not so noticeable unless you happen to be looking ....Or am I being a bit dense? Then if not sure just introduce yourself by asking are you waiting for James ?? Etc . Simples. We can all then get together chat swap numbers etc. anyone know the name of the pub, I suggesteet on lounge if it has a seperate one. Pm me with tamworth yes if you think you can come. I'll be able to get an idea of numbers and let you all know  |

Hi both how about the Lea marston hotel near the M42 easy access and also discete. Just a thought!
