I'm moving out of my house in a few weeks. I could do with someone to clean the place and fix stuff up so I get my security deposit back.
Should take about a day to do everything. I can sit and read a book after giving you a full list of stuff to do. But you'll have to get me coffee when I ask for it, too.  |

Not at all. My collection of pvc and latex is very functional for such tasks - and of course wipe clean. In fact it would work wonders for plumbing (rubber latex shoulder length gloves) and carpentry (tight fitting latex should stop the pesky sawdust getting everywhere in my skin and irritating me)
