Hi everyone, this is our first proper post. Sorry it got a bit long.
I don't know if this is the right place to post this and I know its not everyone's cup of tea but we hope someone will be interested.

We realise that we went about things badly, we we're very nervous (still are) and getting delayed in becoming verified didn't help I'm sure. But we are now.
