It wouldnt take much too book a hotel with large(ish) room and invite a good mix of people around on a given night!

Waiting around for others too arrange something that fits your needs/wants just wont happen ( we've tried that ourselves lol)

Thanks for the advice, I did try once before, booked a hotel, advertised the night, ended up with no shows
