As some of us would have to sell a kidney to travel down to Manchester or London and the scene seems so poorly represented in this bit of the country, who'd be interested?
Obviously it's open to any forum users, but with non forum users it'd properly be kept relatively local, like York, Whitby, Scarborough & Brid.

York is a good idea, the place is littered with pubs. Hotels are a bit pricey though. I only live an hour away so I would be willing to let a couple of people stay at my house in exchange for my car cleaned or my carpets hovered |

2 socials in York, 3 in Hull so a coast one sounds good. A good few years ago a group of us off another site had a great day trip to cleethorps. Personally Brid or Scarborough probably best. Somewhere that has a nightclub as quite often a few at the York socials like to hit town after. Problem will be getting a venue to stage it unless you do a secret pub meet like the very first York social years ago. |

Not hard to arrange u need a good sized venue a dj possible entertainment and if you are starting it it comes out ur own pocket we co host socials it takes a lot of bloody hard work and planning |
