I have access to a commercial premises . I am spending the next week sorting out cleaning out and providing chairs beds snugs . Partioned rooms . As well as fitting a projector for showing adult movies . Obviously this is not a licensed venue . More a private party . By swingers for swingers . A door charge would be required just to help re gain the costs of providing the new clean play surfaces . I will be hopefully aiming this for once a month . On a saturday night in southampton as not alot down this way . Couples only . Discreet security will be provided as well as cctv locked car park . Room for 30 cars . Premises can hold 100 people however im hoping for 15 couples . Would be byob but i can privide buffet

When you say you have access, do you mean that you actually have permission?

What will be the implications if say someone gets hurt?
