How professional it will be depends on what's agreed. Range 100% - 30%.

Why women only? Because this is my personal choice as a straight male.

If I meet a very professional masseur that we become good friends with, I won't rule him out for a massage exchange.

Practically, because it's a sex site, it's rarely that one will waste time meeting a gender they aren't looking for.
