Swinger bnb or hotel birmingham

Visiting the lovely city next week and though if anyone could suggest a swingers hotel or bed and breakfast for a night?

Would also consider a night with a swinging couple if it wasnt so damned hard to arrange a meet, but hey prove me wrong
