Dont do it. Desolute place for most of the year. Coastline is stunning, but the interior is ugly. Add to that the locals are just about the most unfriendly people on earth, especially to outsiders (I'm a Londoner)..... oh, and everthing shuts at 8pm.
I moved down there about 10 years ago, managed 18 miserable months, before I escaped.

Cornwall lovely place people are VERY friendly if you are to them. Lived there for a few years in the desert they call four lanes. From my house I could see both coastlines. As you know if your prepared to travel there are some lovely Cornish maids to be found me ansome |

Cornwall is one of our favourite places. Never had any problems with unfriendly people. Hardly any speed humps, making driving a much nicer experience. Milder winters, and beautiful coastline. |

I live in Cornwall (my location changes because of work)
It's very quiet in terms of swinging activity, number of FAB members etc but it's bloody lovely I wouldn't move anywhere else now |
