Long terms plans always seem to go awry
Why not give notice say a week in advance that anyone who'd like a social just turn up at venue X.
All that piss and wind cloak & dagger stuff you see when people arrange a social months in advance with conditions exclusions and fuck knows what else looks to me to be a lot of arseing about for the same result.
Have a pub in mind. publicise the meet. Give the date time and place and turn up!  |
