Facing the sea, turn left & keep going. Past a little stream that runs down over the beach, then over or around (if tide allows) a rocky outcrop & you're there. Anywhere from there to shag rock is accepted as nude. Distance-wise, maybe half a mile but will be obvious with all the fellow nudists around |

What is the preferred beach for people Downderry beach (accessed from the village) or Shag Rock beach (accessed out from the village from the top field walking down the cliff?)
I went to Shag Rock beach and it was excellent, I haven't yet been to Downderry! |

The other main one I can think of is Vault Beach near Gorran Haven. I think (unless someone corrects me on here) that all the rest are further down west. Vault is my beach of choice. Planning on going there tomorrow.

We use to frequent Porthkidney beach but haven’t been there for an age "
Never tried Porthkidney and completely forgot about it tbh. May try there one day this summer. If you decide you want to try Vault and need directions, please do let me know. |

Never seen any naturism going on at Porthkidney, I don’t think it’s frequented by the clothes free, just dog walkers. |
