Hi Folks,

We are planning another camping weekend this year on the weekend of July 15th 16th & 17th at Youtopia which is situated at Sherburn which is near Scarborough. We held 2 of these 2 years ago and had close on 40 couples attend and it was an absolute blast. We are just sorting out the details with Phil & Paula who run Youtopia and will email the details to anyone who puts their name down on the list. If you look on the clubs section of this site you will see the details of the club and some pictures from previous years. This will be a mixed weekend with a limited number of single males allowed to attend. if you are interested get in touch.

Just a quick up date... We have had over 100 enquiries for this event!! What we plan to do is limit it to a maximum of 40 Couples. We plan to do a booking in system with the club and anyone who is genuinly interested will be given a booking reference by us which can be quoted when contacting the club. So those that are wanting to be on the list please book in with us ASAP.

Update...

Hi Folks..

The plan is arrive Friday and set up. There is shower and toilet facilaties available with electric. Friday night full use of the the club facilaties and play areas, Saturday day it is up to you, Last year quite a few stayed on site and some went into Scarborough. Around 4pm we will be lighting the BBQ and supplying burgers salad etc.. anyone is more than welcome to bring along anything they would want cooking. Saturday night full use of the club again. Sunday it will be a case of getting ready for off. The club will not be open on Sunday but the showers etc will be open to use. To be honest everyone is too worn out by Sunday!!

There will be a few select single males we are allowing 1 to every 4 or 5 couples depending on how many couples we get..

Cost : £35 per person for 2 nights, deposit £20

£20 per person for 1 night, deposit £10

Restricted numbers of single males will be allowed @ £40 per night. All monies are paid to the Club not to us! we do not make a penny.

You will need a booking number off us before you can contact the club to book though so please get in touch as places are going fast!!

Single males if you are wanting to come also let us know but we will not confirm untill nearer the date and we know how many couples there will be!

The last 2 we have done have been a blast, so we hope you can make it.

15 couples already paid their deposits so looking good. The club are now hireing out tents if you dont have one! anyone wanting details please feel free to get in touch. It looks like it will be another great weekend xx

17 couples have now paid their deposits to the club and we have cleared the list. we are looking for 5 more couples and then the list will be closed.

You will need a booking reference from us and then pay your deposit direct to the club, this way we know how many are comming and are not let down at the last minute.

After discussions with the club we have decided that Friday night will be a mixed night with single males who ARE MEMBERS of the club allowed and Saturday night will be couples and single females ONLY. Youtopia couple members are welcome both nights but single males who are members must book with the club for friday as numbers will be limited. Thanks

Hi Folks,

We have had 56 couples ask for a booking reference and so far 18 couples have booked in with the club and paid the deposits. Anyone who has a booking reference and plans to come needs to book in and pay the deposit by Sunday evening as we will then re open the list as we are limiting it to 25 couples. Anyone still wanting to come get in touch and we will put you on the reserves list so we can get back in touch on Monday once we have cleared the list xx

Just to say thank you to Higgi and Youtopia for a great weekend. Even the weather couldn't stop the fun. It was good to meet you all, and the kebabs were lovely. Hot, but lovely.
