the easiest thing to do about sying were the venue will be is to say the name of the nearest station and time and them get everyones kik adress and send the location details to them on the day a couple of hours before.
this works well in london were there are lots of places to go near most stations. |

I'm coming and then maybe going to the paradise spa London social later in the evening.
Maybe it would be easier to organise what time people will get there if everyone had kik on their phone. |

Usually well organised socials have a guest list published. A great idea cos then you can make contact before hand, arrange travel etc. Always worked for the ones I've been to. |
