I've arranged quite a few gangbangs in Slough. It takes a while to get a group of reliable guys together. The key is that once you have 5 or 6 reliable guys start introducing 1 or 2 extra ones at different meets. Then you grow your group. |

I stopped doing gangbangs and parties due to the number of guys who forgot they were working or going on holiday the day of the meet but always said that they could attend the next one had one guy mail me to say his gran had died but posted a veri from a meet the same night of the party |

I've organised about five parties in the past year at clubs, not gangbangs just adult parties
couples and single ladies I've found very few tend to drop out
single men tend to drop out in mega proportions, alot of no shows and some apologise work/family issues
From experience 1quarter to 1half will show up if your collecting names, That's why I never worry about being top heavy with men.non verified and verified men equally can let you down
looking around the last party there was roughly 2-1 ratio if every one turned up it would have been 4-1 atleast
With a gangbang I would advise if you want 10 single men invite 30 worse that could happen is the greedy girls end up with 15 men I'm sure there cope  |

You need to establish a small group of regular guys who will turn out. Keep their contact details.
Once you have a number of reliable men you can then add others to them from their personal friends and contacts and build up your circle that way.
That's how I got my group. But it does take some time. Putting out random invitations on here or elsewhere on the net will just attract time wasters and dreamers who mostly let you down. |

Have a little experience in helping organise a couple of gb's.
The first one, ten guys turned up, several came with a blow job and couldn't get hard again, which left around myself and two others actually fucking her.
The second with a female friend of hers, only one either guy turned up, both girls complained he stank and complained because the friend had small breasts! Out the door, he went.
A third time, again only one guy turned up, leaving the girls disappointed on numbers, although the two of us did try to make up for it!

Agreed, I've been to a few, where essentially it was a 3/4 some.... don't know why there are so many dreamers and wasters but it is something we have to live with... some like the idea, but are scared they wont perform as expected .. most are nervous on their first group sessions and you have to allow for that.. its all about making people comfy and setting expectations with newbies I suppose.
Another alternative is to go to a greedy girls event at a swingers club, you will usually find quite a large number of men at those... pick who you want and go into a private room and have some fun.. |
