2016 Liverpool Social IS On.

Dearest Members,

I can confirm, that on the evening of Saturday 30th April 2016 - the 2016 Liverpool Social shall be occurring in a rather special & unique venue in Liverpool City Centre.

I've been involved in the lifestyle for 11½ years & have arranged four previous socials with the last being 2010.

If, you'd like to attend please place your interest in this thread yet...

Am, placing a limit on Single Males as the last time I had an open policy & far tooo many where giving hassle to Female attendees (NOT Cool).

The venue that has been selected is very nice indeed & was gained due to various favours that where owed to me.

Bar will be of course available with ALL sorts of beverages, Music will be supplied by a Dj (whom is a member of this site) yet NO food as I've tried this previously & it ends up being given to the Bar Staff.

As, always the actual venue will NOT be revealed till 7 days prior to the event.

It's for Fab Members ONLY, anybody who's not will be asked to leave immediately.

A Social is like a normal or vanilla party (Wedding, Anniversary, School Reunion), NO naughty stuff allowed. Just meeting people in person you might have only communicated via say in the Chatroom or Forum.

It's a celebration of community yet what goes on after people leave the venue is their choice

See, you all on Saturday 30th April 2016 for the Liverpool Social.

We will wait a bit if that's ok, we don't accept/send friends invites to people we have not met, and this social is such a long way off who really knows what will happen

Lot's of rivalries exists when large groups of people are part of any community as we've all got various manners of expression than can upset others.

This way everybody is clear who is going to party & I know that everyone that is attending happens to be a member of this site.

As, you'll see am very down-the-line about rules.

The thing with arranging these events is everybody is a critic. I've booked the venue via paying for it & people still are 'pointing fingers'?

We were thinking of coming to this but after seeing your comments on the thread about the other Liverpool social decided against it. Plenty of swingers in the Liverpool area, definitely enough to support two socials, however we prefer a fun and supportive atmosphere rather than one of rivalry.

Unless they refuse to accept you has a friend, then you wont send out any details....Why should we accept somebody we have never met who will then have access to all our photos because they claim they will be running a social that will/or not take place, you can quite easily send out details to those who say they wish to attend without having them on your friends list ( and we know you will say it's easier having them all grouped together in your friends list )

social is just that, a social, no play going on, the one I was at last nice was just like a night out with friends, put the world to rights, drank a bit and all went our separate ways afterwards, it shouldn't matter what your sexual orientation is and to be told no bi male or TV or anything other than "straight", well its a social I wouldn't want to go to thats for sure.

Think the problem is that many people see them as a way to meet people to take home for fun. Banning bisexual people would in essence mean that no one could accidentally bring a bi guy back when they're not comfortable with it.

Correct me if I am wrong but I was under the assumption a forum was for posting views be it in favour or against, perhaps you should have made it clear in your original post that only favourable posts are permitted

Thanks for letting me know.

I did, this so far in advance for the following reasons...

i). Some people work in occupations that give their rota on a quarterly basis (3mts). So, if they can give the date BEFORE the rota is made then they can attend.

ii). Not to clash with other similar events especially in the North West, that weekend.

Also, if I was to say have released the details in February, people would say I've given short-notice.

So, advanced early is much better.

Should be a great event.

Clarification:

People may not agree with my organizational skills due to announcing the 2016 Liverpool Social, so far in advance.

Can I say, that I have my method of arranging these events of which I done several over the years in Liverpool.

Therefore, everything is cool & running smoothly.

Again, if you have let's say more direct opinions about me PLEASE send them to my Inbox & NOT via this thread.

This mentioned thread is about me obtaining names of fellow Fab Members whom wish to attend NOT a passive-aggressive back & forth.

I should have made the following clear, my fault.

The list to attend the 2016 Liverpool Social will CLOSE on two weeks (14 days) BEFORE the event this being

Saturday 16th April 2016 at 9:00pm (2100 hrs).

On, Monday 18th April 2016 - ALL whom are on the Party List will receive conformation.

Please note, that ALL Couples & Single Females as am typing this on Sunday 17th January 2016 ARE on the list, as they where early.

To, Single Males I've got to be MORE selective therefore those whom I know are ON the list followed by those whom have extensive verifications.

As, my previous Social had an open-door policy & was somewhat spoilt by a significant amount of Single Males being disrespectful towards the Women in attendance - NOT cool.

So, I've got to be more selective from now on.

Seven days before the event on Saturday 23rd April 2016, everybody on the list will be given the venue information along with places to park, public transport information & for those not from Liverpool various places they can eat within the City Centre based on various budgets.

Also, a full list of those whom are attending in the following sections:

Couples, Single Females & Single Males.

That way people can politely make contact with each other before the event.

Then, Saturday 30th April 2016 is OUR Party done with a laugh yet in control. No, need to be excessive with the alcohol.

If, anybody needs Hotel Information please let me know as I have a list depending on budget from 5 Star to good B&B.

Remember, to let others know about this event yet the Capacity is 80 People.

(1338 hrs) Update:

I've gone through the list & so-far I've identified 65 people to attend this is based on Couples & Single Females getting automatically on the list.

Single Males where based on if I had actual contact with them or they have extensive verifications which include testimony from late 2015 onwards.

Summary:

This means just 15 places are left, proving why I was correct in declaring this in Autumn 2015.

The thing with Socials is I've arranged some & only 25% have attended & others where it's been 93% to 96% attendance.

Yet, please continue to place your interest due to people always pulling-out due to financial constrains, family issues, responsibilities placed by work, seeing a really good last-minute holiday, health concerns & double-booking.

So, keep the names coming.

I'd like to attend however I've only come back on the site in the last week therefore I don't have any recent verifications

I respect what your saying though after events at your previous social however if there are any cancellations last minute then please send me a message as it'd be a great chance to meet some and chat to some people in person

Therefore, with the additions it's NOW as of Wednesday 20th January 2015 - 74 People are attending meaning just 6 places left.

Am, sure as I've mentioned in previous posts in this very thread (PLEASE read the entire thread, very important) that people will need to cancel for various reasons.

Therefore, keep placing your names in this as it soon go to a substitute list.

I'll be sending the 80 - each via Fan Swingers Inbox, a message at the end of February (exactly two months to go) to see if circumstances have possibly changed or if they can confirm that they plan on attending.

If, you know BEFORE February 29th 2016 - that you can't attend please make this aware in the Forum.

Thanks & as this is Party you'll be attending it needs YOUR co-operation to make it so.

The venue has been booked well-in advance.

As, I've mentioned it's in Liverpool City Centre (UK) therefore as that City Centre is very compact therefore you can choose ANY Hotel in what's classified in Google as:
