I will be visiting my Thai girlfriend who works as a hotel receptionist and speaks/writes perfect english. She is very keen to have a foursome with another couple having never swung before. To be risk-free, they need a negative test result and to have taken no subsequent risks. You can protect yourselves from HIV by taking Truvada every day from three days before you meet. It is quite expensive, even for the generic version.
