a lot of subs do this when the so called doms are not as experienced as they sometimes think be a sub first that way you know what your sub experiences but like this reply says talk to other doms |

I wouldn't go so far as to say be a sub first, I'm all for experiencing domination once, but to be a sub before being a Dom, it's a bit like saying be in a gay relationship before having anal sex with a woman, being a Dom is part of you, you just know when you first stumble upon it, that this is you, and there's no going back from that for many people.
Talk to Dom's, not just one Dom but as many as will drop the "I'm a serious Dom, don't trouble me with your petty newbie shit" attitude I'll talk to you, and give you the wealth of my experience (sorry if I come across pretentious but I am so that's how I come across lol) so when you are ready to talk about it just let me know, I'm happy to help OP |

Maybe i do maybe i dont. Normal sex just doesnt do it for me anymore i need that little bit extra or something different.
I may just require someone whos generally submissive and likes to be dominated. |

Given the serious offers of help and advice you appear to be ignoring, I'd put my trainers on and run a mile before submitting to you. 
It takes a massive amount of trust. It's not something I'd play at and I think if its role play you're after then you should go with that. Don't claim to be something you're not just cause it tickles your fancy to be a bit dominant. There's a massive difference between the two. |

I'd like to give my two pence worth. You need to be patient, read up on becomming the dominant, take advice, talk to Dom and subs. Feed yourself with as much information as you can. Take it slow don't just go asking for a sub on here yet as your not ready and that can be seen as wasting time for genuine submissive people. Enjoy your next step in life x |

Or this.
The main point is speak to someone experienced. Alot will be willing to share their knowledge if you have the right attitude and reasons. Because you're bored with 'normal' sex isn't reassuring |

If you're not 100% sure about what you want you should also consider the possibility of experiencing a Domme lady who knows what she's doing.
That would certainly spice things up and you wouldn't need to subjugate anyone. |
