I remember the last time you posted about socials. A lady kindly offered to meet you and you said she wasn't what you were looking for, publicly. Perhaps people are reluctant due to your previously demonstrated attitude. |

That's what I remember. She handled it well though and it definitely wasn't her that came off looking worse. |

Dunno, just seems mean to be almost begging and then be almost saying "yeh anyone but you". Appears rude and kinda cruel and perhaps it's the reason he's still looking.
Along with the time he said he intensely resented women. There's multiple possible reasons, actually. |

As you're into your fitness do you belong to a gym, if so does that have a social club ~ maybe that would be a good place to start, people with similar interests.... |

to be honest, I can't see what he did wrong, the lady offered to meet him on an open forum and he declined, now women decline men all the while on the forum. He said he didn't think that they would have much in common.
Yes, he does constantly put these threads up but he doesn't have to meet everyone that shows interest. I don't and I'm sure you don't.

Yes of course people can turn others down but the instance that I was referring to was him saying he has time on his hands now and was asking if there were ANY fairly local ladies that would like to meet for a drink and a chat. One woman said I'm in so and so if that's any good and he just said he'd looked at her details and she's not what he's looking for. Now this was in a forum post for all to see. She handled it well and brushed it off then he went into detail basically saying she was a buzzard. I just think that there wasn't any need to say anything, could have just ignored her comment.
It's an interesting thread though because after that all that was there was tumble and the op trying to bump the thread every couple of days. |

For me, it was the harshness of it being a public rejection instead of a PM. And no, wouldn't meet anyone now but I also wouldn't do anything similar.
Anyway - it was a possible reason as to why he's still looking. |
