We have done a lot of profile pics on here free, we may seem mad/crazy but a good 30% then come back for paid or content share shoots so being nice and offering free shoots works for us. |

John as shot about 15 weddings, 10 of these were for industry models but he hates doing them as its an highly responsible job that can go tits up if you have equipment failure.
He always takes 2 cameras and 2 video cameras in case of accidents but weddings for him are a labour of love for our friends only.

usually not with a camera phone but with a tethered DSLR, appropriate lighting (or a reflector) and an eye for a good image. Or alternatively, if they have only a camera phone available, with just an eye for a good image. |

my advice..get some meets under your belt..doesnt really matter about your experience elsewhere really...provide some trust etc that you wish to be part of the scene I'd say.

On a helpful note (I look at *alot* of wedding photographers websites) - yours is one of the slowest I've ever come across! You might want to look into getting it redesigned. |

As a photographer I use a photography sight and model directory for content share or time for print wwork... And as a single male I use this sight to swing. Keep business and pleasure seperate. My portofolio is never advertised on the sight for model safety. |

The names and location of all the models we take photos of are kept private on our website. So there is no security to breach. I understand your concerns and would agree with you if we didn't have protocols in place. |
