Well here is the date you have all been waiting for, Friday July 24th.

Come and join us for a night of Music, Dancing, Chatting and maybe even some Flirting ? 8.00 till Midnight

Large private room with bar, disco, dance floor, seating for 80 people. Large private car park

Cost £5 per person, all profits go to local Charities

It is mainly couples, we would love to have more Ladies, there is normally 4 times more single men than Ladies attend

Why are single guys restricted and why the having to be on for three months?

Is it worth coming as a single female who has no interest in couples??

Surely a social is a social therefore whats wrong with an equal no of single guys?

Thought socials were meant to be for everyone not just a couples night?

If it isn't going to be a fair do for all, like all the other regions socials are, then maybe it should be called Bradford Couples Social or friends of the hosts social as thats what it's sounding like.

Equal numbers would be great, so as we have about 5 single Females going, we should reduce the number of single men to 5 as well, ah but you would not be happy with that would you?

Just have the same amount of singles to couples regardless of gender, it is meant to be a social after all, a way of people getting into the scene and meeting like minded people in a non pressured environment.

That would seem a simple solution to me.

there is a good ratio of single men and women that attend these social events ... and no not everyone does want to meet cpls but that entirely their perogative ...either show up and see for yourself ...or shut up simple ... im looking forward to seeing friends old and new only 4 more sleeps see ya all Friday xx

Very good point... But there's lots of other socials that are open to all. If they want to have a social with mainly couples that's fine. As long as it's made clear to attendees.

I've been to many other organised socials and the organisers have either published a guest list of profile names or at least numbers of men/ women/ couples etc on the list. That works well so not sure why the secrecy for this one.

We have been to Many organised socials and only posts a list of usernames, problem with this is it is not representative of the people who actually attend, the only way of producing a true list, is actually after the event.

Possibly a true way for anyone to decide on whether the social is for them is to look at the Verifications as that is a reasonable cross section of those who attended

This has certainly been true of the Fab socials at Townhouse. A good few people get their names down then dont turn up. It is a bit mean on the organisers and also on people who have been turned down because the list is full.

I HAVE attended this social as a couple I would not comment adversely if I hadn't been.

My questions were reasonable and justified, and, to some extent answered, there is no reason to be offensive it only enforces the fact that not everyone invited to the social are there to be friendly to anyone other than their own clique.

Unfortunately this site and others have the cliques and we have come across some very nice folk at socials we say treat others with respect and it's usually reciprocated

Ignore the fantasists who appear to be above reproach it usually ends up with egg on their faces

We have had a warm welcome to this social before hence why we are going again as we have missed previous ones due to work & family life

Looking forward to having a chilled evening with old friends and making some new ones and if people don't want to talk to us then it's their choice it's a free country isn't it lol

Life's too short to please everyone all of the time isn't it lol

People think we are a little standoffish because we are a little slow at saying hello but that's because we are a little shy with people we don't know but definitely not ignorant lol lol. Lots of people we have got to know through the site and socials and parties think we can be a bit crazy in a good way ha ha but it's all a bit of fun and banter at the end of the day
