"Can you not take yourself to a club?"
I've never been to a club before and I'd hate to go alone first time, it's daunting and although I've read many stories I wouldn't know what to expect. I'm sure he feels the same. |

I myself haven't attended a club. If I were to try it, I'd go to meet a few people for a chat with no expectations of sex. If I were to be invited to join a couple that would be a bonus. |

Have a look in the Meets/ Swinging Club events section. Always some socials in clubs. Less scary to go on a social night I think. x |

"Can a social lead to nice this lol "
There is just as much guarantee as going to a club on a normal night (i.e: None! If anything does happen it's a bonus).
The aim is to get yourself known and get chatting to some of the club staff and other attendees so that you won't feel so awkward going on your own. |

I only live 10 mins walk from The Attic but have only been once, that was on my own last year. I just treated it like going to a normal pub/club and soon got chatting to quite a few people.
Am going again in a couple of weeks, but this time with another sexy forumite |

STOKE-ON-TRENT |
Newbies to the scene are made very welcome at Club Atlantis Evolution in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.
Free guided tour of the club when you get in and then some introductions to others.
Just get in through the door and have a great night ! |

Treat your first club visit as fact finding and establishing friendly relations with no intention of play.
That will help with the nerves and it will also mean you're paying attention to what you're being told instead of being (too) distracted.
Check out Mrs Fockers birthday social in the Swinging Club Events forum. It's not too far from you, is held in a club which is single male friendly and it has a guest list so you don't need membership to attend. You can get to know other attendees by joining in the banter on the thread so when you turn up you'll already know people and people will know who you are. |

I'd never been to a club before either but I just bit the bullet and went for it. You don't need anyone to hold your hand. I know it's nerve wracking when you have no idea what it's like but trust me, if a lady can go on her own then so can you!
As for what to expect....... Nothing other than a drink and a chat, just like any vanilla pub or club! You may see people scantily clad, may see them playing and may even be invited to join in if you're lucky.....but don't expect anything like that. |
