OK as co-organisers of this event we would like to say anyone who has posted on this thread is on the guest list!

Details of the hotel most will be staying at are available by mailing either us or the OP (US TOO).

This is a "social" event and will be held in a function room of a social club near Coventry City Centre guests will be emailed venue details closer to the time!

It has come to our attention that the Hylands Hotel where we were all planning on staying has had some very bad reviews recently. I am visiting there tonight & will attempt to cancel all rooms booked already But would ask individuals to also ring & cancel personally. We will endeavour to find alternative hotel details & post ASAP WE APOLOGISE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE & would like to thank the person concerned for bringing this to our attention.

No worries about same floor .... its a 2 level motel style so rooms all in a block seperate from reception etc and with only 51 rooms now ALL full and from what we hear 95% swingers they will soon know lmao

Was my first social last night and couldn't have asked for more, excellent veue and hotel (not sure the 2 non fab room guests would agree lol) and what a great bunch of people you all were. Sorry If I can't remember all of your names as I was introduced to so many lovely peeps.
