Why don't a couple of you girls get together and share a room / split the cost at a local hotel and maybe we all could have a drink and a meal , maybe more at a pre party party instead of an after party party

The hub is Peterborough doesn't look much but it's clean and near the city centre and I think 35 for a night

On the Tuesday would you need a lift from station to hotel I can be a taxi xx

Joking aside, this raises an interesting point .... there will obviously be a list, even if it is just site names, but who will be checking it in the event of someone arriving late etc?

I imagine that V will find something more interesting to do, than to sit by the entrance door for six hours

Of course, and the club will also be "closed" to the public, as it it being hired out privately, I believe.

I wasn't too clear before ..... but I am traveling a fair way to attend, and am no longer staying the night before.

I will of course be setting off in plenty of time, but let's say that I am delayed (or anyone else for that matter) and arrive after 10am .....

Will the club staff (who I assume would be on site to answer the phone/door) have access to a copy of the list to allow access?

I'm sure everything will be fine, but it's good to know these things in advance!

We've not had any problems before . The staff are very good in dealing with guests as they arrive if we're not present. The guest list is kept behind the bar for ease of payment and being as we either personally know guests or have seen face pics of those we don't then any potential "gatecrashers" will be asked to leave should any be daft enough to try
