Here we go, all the info:

It will be on the 29th of March from 6pm to 1am in a pub in central Sheffield.

This event is open to all, couples, singles and T girls are all welcome. But IT IS A GUESTLIST ONLY EVENT if you're not on the list you will be turned away. How to get on the list? It's simple, just post on one of the threads before midnight on the Wednesday before the social. You will also need to make sure that I can message you so if I'm outside your filters you may need to wink me.

VENUE INFORMATION WILL BE RELEASED SHORTLY BEFORE THE EVENT. It's not the same venue as last time and venue info will be sent out to those on the list during the week before the event. We have a whole pub to ourselves with plenty of room for dancing as well as socialising.

THE ONLY CHARGE WILL BE £3 PER PERSON FOR THE BUFFET.

We will also repeating our success from the last social with a raffle in aid of a local cancer support centre, any prizes will be accepted gratefully.

THIS IS A PURELY SOCIAL EVENT. It's a great opportunity to meet fellow swingers with no pressure. Predatory behaviour is not acceptable, although flirting is! I will be sober all night and if anyone has a problem come to me and let me handle it. Single guys if you've been struggling to get verified or to get that first meet then this could be for you.

Don't forget the raffle people. The first prize is a hamper from LoveHoney and we also have a cosmetics hamper, a piece of original artwork, trays of cider and beer, a hamper of cakes and preserves and an original bespoke club dress.

It's in aid of a local Cancer Support Centre which does great work for both sufferers and their loved ones.

All offers of prizes will be gratefully received and raffle tickets will be reasonably priced.

Nobody does yet but if journos get wind of it like they did in Wales, and it's a slow news day , they may go looking for info. Don't make it easy for them. All I'm saying is use common sense when posting. If this gets cancelled there will be alot of disappointed people. Me being one!

Please don't post hotel names in the forum. If anyone needs info I do check the thread regularly and am happy to send out details.

Yes there have been issues with other socials and events, some had the venue cancel and others have been the subject of exposes by local newspapers. It's unlikely to be newsworthy in our case as the venue has been very carefully chosen and is an adult venue.

This is one reason why I'm a bit strict about behaviour and dress at the social being suitable for any pub. It's also the reason that it's guestlist only and why I ask that when you do know the venue that none of you share that information.

To be honest if a reporter did make it to the forum they might have a cracking night but there'd be little worth reporting. Bear in mind the local newspaper has reviewed the local swingers club twice and both reviews were friendly and pleasant.
