We are thinking if renting a nice apartment for a night in Leeds to have a small party. Maybe charge a few quid to cover cost of the apartment, booze
, barman and a buffet. Would anyone be interested. Could be a regular event if it goes well. |

just check you have insurance, for damage to property, theft and public liability, as soon as any charge is made, even not for profit, you become legally responsible for everyone attending the party.
If you are paying a barman, also employers liability, even if its a mate, or your dad.
One fag burn on furniture could set you back £500 |
