Up date on meet interest is ticking over nicely and people who have made the effort to contact me directly have been added to the list of attending.

I think you are all being taken for a ride with this meet, he's only been online briefly over the last week, does not reply to messages, and expects people to take his word and sneak in to an apartment by the back exit, go up the back stairs to the apartment and put in the security code for the door and enter the apartment.
1. Say it's a setup and you are entering somebody's apartment he has a grievance against then you can get done for breaking in or assaulted by the owner.
2. If he's given you the wrong code for a laugh you again can get done for attempted break-in.
