Scheduling conflicts, distance, sometimes they move away, get into relationships, move on from swinging - lots of reasons. There once was a time when I used to enjoy repeat meets with women fairly often, but they seem much harder to find these days.

Not sure an advert ever works tbh!

I found mine simply by chance after a few repeat meets and a conversation about things we both wanted to do.

In the many years I've been doing this it's the first time I've had a couples profile with a FB - and it's definitely one of the best things I've done. We're now best mates as well as FBs - not sure we'd be as close and have the same viewpoints and respect for each other (or get on as well with those we meet) if we'd got together via an ad!!

Just out of curiosity, why do you not think advertising would work for getting meets, given that's exactly what you're doing when you create a profile on here?

I've gotten a few ladies contact me as a result of this thread thus far, I haven't really hit it off with any of them but that's just a normal part of swinging, you have to keep trying till you find the right ones. Actively advertising for meets via the forums is just another way to cover your bases - there's also no reason why a 'look at my big cock' thread won't be successful provided that the OP actually has a cock worth boasting about, I've seen a few particularly well endowed guys get the ladies aflutter.

Because generically advertising for a FB when you're a single male, with huge odds against you, is very unlikely to be successful, it's just the odds on here

Unless you've got a massively popular USP then the chance of replies isn't great

As a single guy you're better off approaching those women who's profiles say they're actively looking for a FB and seeing if you meet their criteria and click, just my opinion but I think tbe odds, on this site anyway, would favour that approach

You mention odds - that messaging women individually doesn't change. Whilst I do indeed actively search womens profiles actively seeking the kind I'd like to meet, there's no reason not to advertise more actively either, I see it as fishing with both a net and a rod.

Not many people read the forums. Might be easier to search profiles for what you're looking for? Also maybe put something on your profile to say similar to your OP.

My message is not meant to be in anyway critical.

After taking a look at your profile I see you have had feedback from an annual average of four meets with ladies over three years. That does not include any verifications you have not posted or any meets from Fab not verified. They were all single women and they are rarely above the 40 bracket. Only four actually mention your sword which photographically is the flagship of your "Advertising" campaign.

Many compliments are forthcoming and I am surprised you haven't set up a FB scenario with one of the lovely ladies you have met amongst those..

In your profile you describe yourself as a swinger...from my experience prearranged fab meets come with the characteristics of; anticipation...reaction on meeting (is this the type of person/s I expected to meet?)...performance...and assessment. Lots of folk dont want regular meets with the same people..Variety and all that

...From your forum message you are looking for a FB partner. That usually is to meet other couples in the lifestyle and not a girlfriend. Realistically,perhaps you are looking for an emotional attachment with a girlfriend who swings and you realise it is difficult to convert a vanilla person who meets on a non swinging basis to become a swinger you are approaching it from the other way round.

Conversely FB's do not always want the emotional attachment.

Some advice. 1. Meet couples as well....they may have a female swinging friend or invite you to a party where you may meet a woman you fancy who fancies you and is looking for the same.

2. Go to a club regularly...you will make friends with similar people, have fun, become popular and the word gets around. Your in the West Mids Xtasia in West Brom is local, friendly and inexpensive place give it a shot nothing to loose.

Your not doing anything wrong on here so good luck.. I hope you view this as positive advice.

I don't see myself as ever meeting couples or going along to clubs, I've tried both in the past and neither appealed to me, but regardless thankyou for your advice scaramooche, I suppose I just have to continue to be persistent in my swinging pursuits.

Hey, if my current fwb decides to move on I will let you know for sure, we are a couple in that way but have made plenty of friends on the club scene as it is a lot less pressurised and formal as a meet. We have also had a lot of time wasters and running around on meets so definitely recommend a club!!
