I have managed to sort a private venue for a Worcester social on the 15th November.
This will be a ticket only event with a buffet and drink on arrival. There will be the facility to book rooms if needed which will be on a first come first served basis.
If required the venue can be split into two halves leaving us the option of a social area and a play area if this is something attendees would like.
Price of tickets is yet to be confirmed just waiting for the venue to get back to me.

Ok guys now have ticket prices from the venue. It will be £15 per person and ticket only as the venue is closing it's doors for us we will need to know exact numbers to make sure it's worth their while.
The ticket price will include a Tex Mex style buffet and a drink (wine, beer or a cocktail and of course a soft drink for the drivers).
There will be a doorman on hand so there will be no unwanted guests and no one without a ticket will be permitted entrance.
There are rooms available to book on a first come first served basis the prices of rooms are single £39, double £59, twin £65 and family (sleeping 4) £95.
Anyone wanting to know how to get a ticket or book rooms please pm me.

Although we turned up late and didn't stay long (too much cider on my part) it was a great night.
The staff were very accommodating and up for a laugh and the venue was lovely. We will certainly be supporting this social in the future x

I would like to say thank you to everyone that turned up last night. I meet a load of nice new people and had a fun time. Hope to do it all again soon.
If you did not make it come to the next one it is a nice relaxed fun time.
