Please ADD NAMES HERE as this will make up the list and everyone can then see who is coming and who isnt. Then please check that YOU can mail US by sending a quick "Halloween" message to us, otherwise we wont be able to mail you the details nearer the time.
Anyone NOT on THIS list or who does not mail us "Halloween" will not get mailed the details and will NOT get in.
We have a door policy and cross screen names off on the door.
Not on the list? - you wont get in !!
Please DONT invite people who are NOT on the site and DO NOT give out the venue details when you get them to anyone NOT on this list or invite friends.
The usual Disco/Karaoke will be ,along with a hot buffet.(Previous people who have been will tell you how good both are)
Although not compulsory, it would be great to see everyone in Halloween fancy dress and there will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
PLEASE DO NOT add your name here or mail us if you have no intention of coming!!
If you need any hotel help - by all means feel free to ask.
THIS LIST WILL BE CLOSED ON SATURDAY 26th October - ANY NAMES ADDED AFTER THIS DATE WONT GET ANY RESPONSE.
(We like to get numbers right for the food).

Just to remind people to actually read the first post .... up there ^^^.
If you dont mail us the word "halloween" and just add your name/s here, then you WONT get mailed the details.
We use the list of people who have mailed us to compile it and so we know that we are able to mail them back. |

Cant wait to see all the new friends weve been making having attended the the last two socials.Already got costumes ready so I (Di ) will be scarier than ever  lol |

Thats is peeps ..... THE LIST IS NOW CLOSED !!!
Any names or mail added after this point WILL NOT get any response.
We close the list so we can get the numbers right for the amount of food etc to cater for.
So sorry to those that missed it but the list is now closed.

Well that was nothing short of amazing !!!
Absolutely fabulous night and all those who turned up made it awesome.
Thankyou all so much - it makes the effort all worthwhile to see everyone have such a brilliant night.
Thanks to those who mailed who were unfortunate enough to miss it, but at least you mailed beforehand.
To those that just never turned up without even dropping us a mail...... well, speaks for itself really .... no invite to future ones .

Bloody fantastic as always "loved it" great people awsome atmosphere fun all the way. Good to see everyone joining in the fun no wallflowers at this venue As for the hosts top marks decorations brill hospitality spot on. Not one to be missed.
