West Mids

We are staying in Gloucester Saturday 11th January, seeing family.

Wondering where to go for a drink after the family have all buggered off post dinner in the evening.

Please don’t suggest Cheltenham.

We are staying in the city centre and just want to wander somewhere for drinks. Somewhere with a band maybe.

Gloucester

The Thirsty Pine on Brunswick road is a new but good place, live music on Friday and Saturday night.

Otherwise, Dick Whittington, The D*unken Duck, or Turks Head are our faves.

Avoid The Regal, and anywhere on Eastgate st.

go to the docks. Lots of options for bars etc there. Very short walk from centre

Cheers. It is nice there. But are there music places?

Gloucester

Maybe at The Tall Ship or Baker Street, but not the others.
