Manchester Lounge Social - Valentine’s MLS

Hopefully you will join us all for a relaxed late afternoon/evening group social in the centre of Manchester - the LAST MLS.
The date is SATURDAY 8th Feb central MANCHESTER. Venue details will be sent to those on the list the week before.
Numbers will be kept balanced between couples, single women and single men, (There may also have to be a reserved list but I am playing this by ear).

As Valentine’s Day will be only a few days away, the theme for the event will be the colour red.

There is a charge of £5 per person to be made to confirm your place.

(A donation for something to the raffle prizes box is also appreciated but not mandatory.)

We shall most definitely be there... to be honest we thought it had completely finished. Had we known it was still happening we'd have come up long before now. How many have we missed?  |

For those who are new to socials:
These events are intended to be a pressure and commitment-free of way of meeting and getting to know other fabbers. It gives new, more experienced, single and not single a chance to meet and bring to life what otherwise might be a hard place to get to know other people.
These are non-play events. No one is turning up in the buff, no one is going to shove a recently-taken Polaroid of their ‘magnificent’ member in to your hand, no one is going to pressurise you into something you don’t want to do and being at this event doesn’t mean you’re signing up to an orgy. We want you to feel safe and know that your freedom to say no is paramount.
MLS’ and socials before it are held in otherwise vanilla locations and aren’t much different to a normal night out you might have with your friends. If your priority is to be social, be friendly and have a good time then you’ll have a great night.
It’s important that new and single people feel welcome and those organising try their best to make sure everyone feel welcome. Hades was a single guy when he came to his first MLS on his own and if you let him, he will bore the pants off you telling you how stepping out of his comfort zone that afternoon was the best decision he ever made.
If you were tempted but unsure, we hope that might help you make your decision.

Nicely said Cherry, this is 1 think I can vouch for, as my 1st mls was a nightmare for me . But this 1 will be my third and have met some amazing people at these events. You'll love it so get your name down. |
