Probably a bit late to be useful but I'll reply anyway.
Midweek daytime can be quiet but usually a few in, seems to be more when the weather is nice which I always found odd. Must be something to do with sun deck, evening up the tan lines 
The evening is obviously nowhere near a weekend evening but still plenty of people in whenever I have been.
Seems there is a day shift & an evening shift so to speak with it being quietest round 5-7pm as people either go home for the evening or head to the club after an evening meal.
Whenever I've been it has always been enjoyable and although quieter there is always enough fun going on to be entertained
