I've just got back from my trip on P&O Azura - Canary Islands Cruise and this is my experience of the Sauna and Steam Room.
It's on Dec 16 towards the front of the ship on your left after you pass the spar reception. It's free to use and men and women use separate steam room, sauna and locker rooms. You can ask for a locker key at the reception although I found most guys don't and they just shove their cloths in the lockers. You can either wear shorts or just a towel. On my first visit I did wear both shots with a towel on but I quickly realised the way to signal that your looking for fun was to wear a towel that was losely wrapped around your waist and when sitting down in the Sauna/steam room to have your towel pulled up so that your cock is partially visible.
