South Wales to Derbyshire

I'm travelling up from South Wales to Belper in Derbyshire on Sunday morning/afternoon (A449/M50/M5/M6) and then back again on next Wednesday.

Are there are gloryholes to be recommended? Or is anyone available for a little play en route?
