Social meet up in the village at Download Festival.
Food, drinks and a good laugh.
Looking to meet around 7pm on the Wednesday evening to give everyone chance to pitch up and settle in.
Let’s kick off the weekend in the right way!
More details once the map has been released and we know where everything is  |

Looks like they’re doing some alterations to the map as they’ve taken it off line, what we do know is the village is now called District X
Some people have been saying it’s abit of a walk from their camp, I thinks that’s goi g to be the case for everyone, the arena isn’t open on the Wednesday so at the moment this is the next best thing.
I will go through the map again when they put it back out and see if there might be something a little more central. Just thinking at least we know there’s a bar in the village (district)  |

Looks like the Doghouse is the same location as last year, Sidesplitter stage in the woods by where the standard showers are/were last year, with District X between them (probably rides and stalls.
I’d suggest meeting at somewhere easily found, such as the information point near District X and Sidesplitter, then we can head to the bar or food area |

theres a few of us going, i'll be there all weekend been going since 2005 not missed a year, i'm in quiet camping again although its not really quiet, look out for a special cap you'll find me...TC |

So there has been some great interest in this, so we are going to go for 7pm by the side splitter stage and information kiosk. Group up there and then about 7:15 head through district x towards the dog house stage and the bar. Then what happens with the rest of the night is anyone’s guess! |
