Time: 6pm (Pre-drinks and canapés on sun terrace before main house opens at 7:30pm - 3am).
Your hosts for the event will be Paul & Amy.
This is a large family luxury farmhouse 10 minutes from J10A (M6). Please respect the environment. Plenty of on-site parking.
Canapés and nibbles provided throughout the evening.
Our parties are held every three months and are always at capacity, drinks are not included so please bring your own.
*Condoms, wipes and lube are provided but feel free to bring your own*
Evening guests have a selection of areas to enjoy -
* 2 downstairs bathrooms.
* Large games room including full size pool table, arcade machine and darts.
* Large living room with 4 large sofas.
* Cinema room displaying various porn.
* Study- This will be transformed into a dark room.
* Undercover outdoor hot tub (Towels provided - No play permitted in the hot tub)
* Secluded sun terrace with seating for 26 guests (Plenty of standing room)
Price -
Single Males - £40.
Single Female's - £10.
Couple's - £20
DEPOSIT is 50% of the entry fee to SECURE Your place on for this event. Guests are limited to 15 couples, 10 single guys and 15 single females. Payable by Cashapp or bank transfer.

Consideration criteria -
* You must have been on fab for 6 months + and have at least one verification.
* A clothed photo including face mist be sent.
* A good level of English language is required.
* Dress of smart appearance.
The criteria is to ensure our guests are suitable for this private event and we obtain a good mix of age, sex and race.

Only overnight guests are permitted to the second floor where the bedrooms, a further 2 bathrooms and a playroom are located.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION:
50% deposit to secure a room/bed. These sell quickly.
Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed - Sold.
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed - £60 (inclusive of entrance)
Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed - Sold.
Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed - £60 (inclusive of entrance)
Bedroom 5: 1 single bed - £50 (inclusive of entrance)
Bedroom 6: 1 single bed - £50 (inclusive of entrance)
