Yes there is.
But I warn you now, they will specify that you need to be able to sign. And specify which type of sign language.
And they are very cautious too.

I can't believe what I've read.
I wouldn't be seeking deaf women, because they are deaf or wears hearing aids or a cochlear impact.
These are people just like anyone else. And should be treated as such. If you're that interested in a Deaf person, learn some BSL, Deaf Awareness and Deaf Culture. And get you know the Deaf people.
