Hi all this the new thread for Oxford social ( previously January Oxford Social) we are looking at 4th February 2023 for social. To control numbers and keep it even amongst couples and singles please can you IM either phoenix_rising1974 or DomandMia if you wish to attend the event. Venue details will be released to those that are on list closer to the time. |

Numbers filling up fast male list full, currently still spaces for couple and women ...venue tba to those attending, just a reminder this is a social event in a pub only..a good way to put faces to people you may have just been having IM conversations with. |

Morning campers
So the Feb social looks like it’s going to be fun - but obviously it’s in a public place and with non swingers about
Would anyone be interested in a very much more private event ?
A function room in an Headington pub - with its own private entrance , toilets and bar?
Obviously no play would be allowed - but might be a more relaxed atmosphere - dress for instance could be a little more daring and no concerns about non swingers listening in
Let us know if anyone is interested and maybe we can see how the Feb social goes and look to booking a date

Saturday 11th March
Found an amazing venue - we will have our own room - with separate entrance, bar and toilets
Obviously still a social but will be able to e a bit more relaxed dress wise and also no concerns of being overheard
Not central oxford based but easily reached and parking nearby

Really .. last one attended .. and think I am single.. last time I checked . It may be that the single guy places have reached the limit... Bit pointless having 2 or 3 couples /ladies and 30 or more guys.. defeats the object of the social... And deters any couples or single ladies from coming.. |

Apologies to all single guys
The social
On Saturday changed format somewhat when we found a pvt room to hire
And most cpls said they’d prefer it to be no single guys at this event
However we are looking at other events including a midweek daytime coffee/ drinks social
Anyone interested ? |
