Are you attending the Manchester Social on 20/8/22? Are you also a parkrunner?
If that’s a yes to both questions, why not join Kitty and I for a parkrun at Peel parkrun! We'll be there and we’ll have a coffee after, come say hi! |

Peel. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Done it once, will see how I feel but almost certainly won't be joining you this time, unfortunately.
There are some lovely cafés further down Chapel Street towards Manchester, for afterwards  |

If I come, I'll need help in and out of the car and Peel is a tough one by wheelchair (the bit off the riverbank). If I'm not in too much pain, I'll consider it. |

Good luck OP ! Myself and the fearless Mrs KC ^ did it before the last Christmas Social and it was a great experience. A few others who'd thought about joining us preferred their warm bed when the morning came ! |

That is nationwide that problem I think - the hangover or weather puts most people off, moving from enthusiastic to needing their bed  |

I got to bed at 3am and was out ParkRunning (pushing) at 8.30am! That's commitment |
