We started running Socials in Lincoln at the start of 2020 and have now got 6 successful events under our belt. We plan to continue these in the format that we have had (if it ain’t broke!) but are also thinking about branching out a little with some other ideas of how to do a Social.
Lincoln and the surrounding area hasn’t got the biggest pool of attendees so probably can’t get away with anything too niche but looking for some suggestions for future events.
Thinking of an under 40s one, and a Sunday Social with a more chilled vibe that’s also open to the unverified to give them a chance to get a veri.
Any other ideas welcomed What have you been to that worked or what would you like to see? |

Events I’ve been to or organised have been-
Speed dating for single Fabbers. It was a great night to meet people and some did match up.
Valentines singles night. Just because it’s mostly a couples night and we did a few mixers to help people meet new people.
On a smaller scale I’ve organised Murder mystery nights.
I go to a pub quiz weekly with other Fabbers to make up a team.
We did a picnic with some school sports races like egg and spoon, sack race, three legged race.
We do a pre drinks social before going to a local club so singles and newbies know some people before we go up together.
