Would think a weekend date would be best for most, thinking december time, gives everyone chance to get sitters, etc

All depends on how many really as to location.

Date - I'd suggest early December as people tend to be busy nearer to Christmas

We think Hinckley Island Hotel is better and very easy to get to off the M1.

guess we just need to pick a date a go from there.

Only 3 dates I cant do, Nov 30th, Dec 1st and Dec 7th, can do all other dates in November and December

Saturday night is better for us and we are pretty flexible, although the 8th December is the best date for us at the moment.

Well I have my birthday party at xotix club that night. So people could always come along to that.

We have a big social meet there twice a month. So is always an idea.

Cali although I would love to wish you a happy birthday I am not sure a club atmosphere would be best for what we had in mind being the first social we have arranged.

Okay its just we have regular fab socials there.. and most people sit downstairs chatting..

And of course there is free food and cake.. lol

If not I will hope you all have a good time.. but I will obviously be at my party lol
